RESTAURANT IN DOHA, QATAR

This was a project for a gastronomic complex which included restaurants and special halls, with a focus on Argentine meat. The design drew its inspiration from the traditional residencies of the large Pampa ranches: rustic wooden boards on floors were combined with fur facings and coarse textured textiles, leather seats, big black iron chandeliers , each room revealed something special that made it unique. To adjust the conceptual design of this project it was important to travel to Doha and visit Katara Village with its diverse ethnic food outlets, and in particular to harmonize the strong identity of the Argentine countryside with the maximum comfort requirement.
